Worked as Road Sector / Road Technology vertical head, Chief Technical Officer, business development, project development, project execution monitoring, operations and maintenance.
One of the Members to modify IRC-43 code for Rigid Pavement appointed by Indian Road Congress (IRC) & also have very sound knowledge and hands on experience on Recycling of bituminous layer (Cold/Hot In-Plant / In-Situ Process). Conversant with International Codes for Pavement Design and Construction Techniques. Kumar have been worked with multinational / International organization & have an experience of modern construction plants and equipment, Construction techniques, quality control / assurance system, contract administration as per FIDIC guidelines.
